A non-refundable two-night deposit is required at time of booking. Your credit card will be charged immediately for the two nights as reserved and refunds or credits will not be issued unless otherwise indicated by local law. Charges cannot be applied to other stays, services or merchandise. Bookings cannot be altered. Must book at least seven (7) days in advance of arrival. Rates are per room, per night, based upon single/double occupancy and exclude applicable resort charges, taxes, gratuities and incidental charges. A (5) night or more minimum length of stay is required. Final night of stay is complimentary. Upon completion of minimum length of stay required by the participating property, the final night will be subtracted from the guest folio at checkout. Complimentary night is non-transferable and must be consumed during same stay in which it was earned. Complimentary night includes room rate, tax and resort fee in same category room as paid night(s) and does not include gratuities or incidental charges. Offer components are non-transferrable or redeemable for cash, and cannot be used during future stays. No credits or refunds for unused benefits.

Offer is subject to availability at participating Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts. Advance reservations are required. Must book at least three (3) days in advance of arrival.

Rates are valid for single/double occupancy and exclusive of all taxes, incidental charges, gratuities and resort fees where applicable. Blackout dates, early departure fees, and length of stay, deposit and cancellation restrictions may apply and vary by hotel. Hotel credits are earned per room, per stay. For each completed night, a US$50 hotel credit will be awarded for properties in the US, a £50 credit will be awarded for properties in the United Kingdom, a €50 credit will be awarded for properties in Europe. Credit will be applied to guest folio at time of checkout. For properties outside of the U.S, UK and Europe, the prevailing exchange rate equivalent of $50 in local currency (as determined by the property) will be applied to the folio in the value of credit earned. Credit will be applied towards certain hotel charges excluding room rate, corresponding taxes and select activities as determined by the property. Hotel credit is not transferable, is void after checkout and cannot be applied towards future stays. Limit one hotel credit per room per stay. Additional restrictions may apply. Lunch must be on day of treatment. $100 spa credit applicable only towards treatments and excludes retail or merchandise. $100 credit is per room, per night. Rates are valid for single/double occupancy and are exclusive of all taxes, incidental charges, gratuities and daily resort fee. . Should you wish to modify or cancel reservations, please do so at least two (2) days prior to your date of arrival to avoid cancellation penalties. One (1) cocktail provided per registered adult guest, per paid night. Beverage valid only at The Bar and excludes gratuity. Service of alcohol is subject to state and local laws. Must be of legal drinking age. One (1) Waterside Shop VIP Discount card awarded per room, per stay is included and will be presented at time of check-in. Individual savings offers may include additional terms, please contact  each retailer for additional rules or restrictions. If lost or stolen, hotel has no obligation to replace gift card.
